The LEDing Hostels Facility of the University of Cape Coast is an 18,000-bed capacity facility. The facility is designed in nine (9) blocks categorized in 4 modules. The blocks will be seven-storey high at 23.4m above ground level.

- 30 Bed Hospital Facility

- Parking and Security Post
